The business is closing or changing its name.
Reasons such as change of mind, disagreement with a partner, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to a refund under any circumstances.
If a client subscribes to a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, a refund will only be applicable to that particular service and not the entire bundle.
No refund can be claimed or processed once the final files have been delivered to you following your request.
Refunds and revisions explicitly do not apply to items offered free of charge.
Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.
In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
In the case of logos, refunds will not be entertained once the client has shared positive feedback on revisions and the design is sent for final files.
Refunds will not be applicable to work outsourced by a third party.
Note: VoipLiv LLC reserves the right to hold or reject any project or cancel a contract whenever it deems necessary. After a refund or dispute, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.

In the case that you are not completely satisfied with the work initially provided to you, a 100% refund can be made if you make your concerns clear during the initial design phase.
Refund Policy
Any funds deposited will not be eligible for a refund if the initial designs and concepts have been approved after delivery or changes have been requested, unless VoipLiv LLC cancels or terminates your contract for reasons other than your breach or failure to perform.
All requests for refunds will follow the arrangements below.
You may request a refund when the initial logo concepts are provided. However, once you approve or request changes to the initial designs, the refund offer will become void, and a refund request will not be entertained.
Once the project enters the revision phase, the refund offer will become void, and a refund request will not be entertained.
If a refund request is made within 48 hours after the client gets onboard, the client will only be eligible for a 66% refund, less a 10% administration and preparation expense.
If a refund request is made within 48 hours after the initial design delivery, the client will only be eligible for a 33% refund, less a 10% service and processing fee.
No refund request will be entertained after 96 hours of the initial design delivery. However, VoipLiv LLC believes in customer satisfaction and encourages clients to contact our team so we can address their concerns.
No refund request will be entertained after customer inactivity lasting 7 working days. If you wish to restart the order, a fee may apply depending on your project.
No refund request will be entertained if the customer becomes unresponsive for 5 working days at any point during the project.
All refund requests must be submitted to the support department. VoipLiv LLC reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on individual circumstances.
No refund will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
For website bundles, no refund will be entertained once the initial design mock-up has been revised or the inner pages have been created with client approval.
All refund requests must be communicated to the support department. VoipLiv LLC reserves the right to review, approve, or reject requests on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the applicable user agreement.
For VoipLiv LLC custom bundles, the same refund conditions apply as for individual service packages.
For example, if you request both a logo and website design and approve the logo, you may still be eligible for a refund of the website service during its initial design phase only.
A refund request must have a legitimate reason that can be evaluated against the original project brief and the client’s revision instructions.
Unless a design concept fails to meet the agreed brief, a refund may not be approved. However, further revisions may be provided in accordance with the selected package.
Both parties, VoipLiv LLC and the client, agree not to publicly attack or criticize each other or their employees, associates, or partners on public forums, blogs, social networks, or similar platforms during or after the contract period.
Similarly, both parties agree not to publish statements intended to damage the reputation of either party or their employees, associates, or partners.
In the event of a breach, the breaching party may be required to pay reasonable compensation as determined in accordance with applicable law.
The Money Back Guarantee depends on refund requests being submitted in good faith.
Where a client has placed design orders with multiple agencies for the same project with the intention of claiming a refund, VoipLiv LLC does not consider this to be good faith.
In such cases, VoipLiv LLC reserves the right to decline the refund request.
All design projects require client input before completion. Customers are therefore expected to remain actively involved throughout the project and provide timely feedback to achieve the required results.
The 100% Unique Design Guarantee qualifies you for a new logo if a logo designed by VoipLiv LLC is found to be substantially similar to an existing design.
Any resemblance to an existing design may be coincidental. VoipLiv LLC will not accept responsibility or claims for compensation solely on that basis. Clients are responsible for securing copyright protection for their artwork.
Reasons That Disqualify Refund Eligibility
A change of mind.
Internal disagreements within the client’s business.
Reasons unrelated to the contracted design services.
Closure of the business or a change in its name.
Refund requests submitted after the specified deadline.
Incomplete information in the creative brief.
Violation of VoipLiv LLC’s policies or contractual terms.
Requests for revisions after initial design delivery.
A website that has already been developed, designed, or made live.
Finalization of the brand logo.
Approval of the primary design concept, regardless of the services purchased.
Selection of a customized package or a limited-time promotional package.
Note: VoipLiv LLC reserves the right to terminate a contract or reject a project when necessary.
Once a refund has been issued, the client will no longer have the right to use any designs provided by our team.
VoipLiv LLC will retain ownership of those designs and may use them as permitted under the applicable agreement.
The client will no longer have access to or permission to use the refunded designs.
Services unrelated to design are not eligible for refunds under the stated policy.
These services are not covered by the 100% Money Back Guarantee. If included in a package deal, they cannot be used as the basis for requesting a refund of the entire package.
